    Yoga is an ideal practice for teenagers, helping to keep the mind and growing body strong, balanced and healthy. In addition to the many physical benefits of yoga (improved strength, flexibility, and endurance etc), the mental and emotional benefits that come through a regular practice (e.g. improved body awareness & confidence, and learning to manage emotions better), can be invaluable for teenagers. Yoga also acts as an excellent stress-management practice in the build up to school exams.
